operating under DEFAKO, DEBs WAY nutrition and wellbeing and DEBs WAY voeding & welzijn, provides coaching and guidance in the areas of nutrition, lifestyle and behaviour change. Services are provided by Débora Koelman, certified weight consultant (BGN), based on the Dutch Guidelines for Healthy Nutrition, Dietary Reference Values, Physical Activity Guidelines of the Health Council of the Netherlands, and related evidence-based public health recommendations.

The guidance provided by DEBs WAY is not medical advice, and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease or medical condition. Clients who require medically indicated diets or specialised nutritional intervention (including but not limited to allergies requiring strict avoidance, medical
weight management, diabetes under medical supervision, renal diets, oncology nutrition, eating disorders, or other medical conditions) must consult a physician or registered dietitian. DEBs WAY does not provide services to clients requiring medically prescribed diets.

By using the services of DEBs WAY, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. You are solely responsible for your own health, decisions and actions, including any choices made based on advice provided.
2. You understand that a BGN weight consultant is not a medical doctor, specialist or registered dietitian.
3. The guidance provided is general nutrition and lifestyle coaching tailored to your situation, but not medical treatment and not a substitute for medical care.
4. You will consult your physician or appropriate healthcare professional whenever you have concerns regarding your health, symptoms or medication.
5. You provide complete and accurate information regarding your health, medical history, medication and relevant circumstances.

DEBs WAY and Débora Koelman shall not be held liable for any health issues, harm or damages arising from decisions made by the client, or resulting from the interpretation or application of the provided advice. All use of advice is at your own risk.
