Personalized nutrition framework to guide your daily food choices.
Strength training plan introduced from week 3.
8 weekly 1:1 sessions held in person in my practice in Leiden, NL or via video call.
Optional: One joint strength training session in my private home gym in Leiden, Netherlands.
Access to the DEBs WAY app for ongoing follow‑up.
Access to DEBs WAY community, for additional connection and support alongside the work we do together.
Direct, secure messaging via the DEBs WAY app: responses as soon as possible, always within 24 hours.
Evidence‑based resources from the DEBs WAY knowledge vault.
Available in English, Dutch, or Spanish so you can follow the program in the language you feel most comfortable with.
Option to continue with monthly coaching subscription after the 8-week program.
